Rooted in the art of timeless style, I am driven by the belief that design can be celebrated from all angles. I aspire to capture a look that reflects and enriches your lifestyle and everyday living. My goal is to curate spaces that are visually stunning, yet functional and comfortable.

My approach to each project is highly personalized. I recognize that design is not one size fits all and I pride myself in tailoring experiences to suit every budget and timeline, and everything along the way.

My work can be seen in homes and apartment dwellings in Houston, Texas, Greenwich and Westport, Connecticut, and Hamptons, New York.

Now settled in the heart of Westport, CT. I live with my husband, two daughters and our golden doodle, Milo. 

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Rebecka Hekmat

A Texas native, there I received my interior design degree and began my career in the design industry. Later, I moved to Europe where I gained deeper inspiration through world travel, the arts and culture. In 2002, I had the fortune of attending Le Cordon Blu cooking school which further fueled my passion for creating. This skillset is a source of further inspiration for Abode Studios.
